One of the many services the Seneca Family of Agencies provides is equine therapy through their Guided Animal Intervention Therapy program (GAIT). Lighthouse Escrow has invested time and treasure into growing this program and we couldn't be more happy with its success.
The "sensory trail," a gift from the agents of Keller Williams to Seneca, plays a critical role in the equine therapy program. Using the sensory trail, children are given ways to reconnect with the outside world, a world they have closed themselves off to due to trauma in their lives.
Lighthouse executives are members of the Leadership Board of Seneca. We're deeply committed to the great work they do helping kids work through trauma in their lives and find a forever family they can root themselves in.
Lighthouse CEO, Dustin Steeve, and former CEO, Jay Mills, participate in Seneca's flagship annual charity dinner, Evening Under the Stars.

Josephine House is a home for veterans who would otherwise be without one. Lighthouse Escrow and several of our industry partners invest time and money into this wonderful place to demonstrate our love and appreciation for our veterans.
In addition to providing food for the veterans, the team supporting Josephine House also give gifts to each of the home's residents on their birthdays and on holidays. Many of these men would be without any gifts whatsoever were it not for these gifts.
The OCAR CARES foundation serves the Orange County real estate community by providing financial support to industry professionals who fall on hard times. Lighthouse Escrow is proud to be a founding member of the foundation and an ongoing supporter of their work.
