Outside of his work as CEO of Lighthouse, Dustin serves on the leadership board of the Seneca Family of Agencies, a non-profit providing foster, adoption, and mental health services to children in Orange County, and is also an advisor to the Torrey Honors Institute at Biola University. Dustin, his wife Jen, and their little dog Taft live in Mission Viejo.

She joined Lighthouse because she resonated with Lighthouse's fresh perspective and culture of optimism and ambition. Breeana works with Lighthouse's clients in coastal Orange County.
Jessica started out in escrow from an early age and hasn't looked back. A fun and friendly person, Jessica loves serving Orange County's real estate community. She spent her early years in escrow working as an assistant but found that she had an affinity more for people than paper, thus she made the move to business development. She and her boyfriend live in Newport Beach.
