Step 01
Start
Name “Lighthouse Escrow” as the “Escrow Holder” in your Purchase Agreement, make sure both buyers and sellers sign the Agreement, then click Get Started to get the ball rolling.
Step 02
Process
We take the agreement and make sure everyone gets what they need, when they need it.
Step 03
Close
We disburse the money, make sure everyone gets their required documentation, and work with the title company to transfer ownership of the home from the seller to the buyer!
