The daughter of an escrow officer, Angela has specialized in the family business for more than 25 years. Her clients love her positive attitude and expertise, especially when unexpected challenges arise which Angela is able to help them navigate. Angela has 5 children and 12 grandchildren.

Danylle has more than 20 years of experience as an escrow officer. Her experience as a “floating” escrow officer covering the desk of vacationing officers made her highly skilled at rapid problem-solving. She currently works with some of Orange County’s top producing agents. When not working her desk, she loves spending time outdoors at the beach with her husband and sons.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Maria has become a go-to escrow officer for clients in central and north Orange County. Working as an assistant to Angela Cook, Laurie specializes in refinance escrows and is someone mortgage professionals know to be diligent, kind, and hard-working. She’s the proud grandmother of Parker, a delightful young woman who knows she won the grandparent lottery.

During her multi-decade career in escrow, Colleen has worked every position escrow has to offer from reception to officer and she has seen it all. She is many things: a longtime resident of Orange County, cancer survivor, and proud mother of two wonderful daughters, but to her colleagues here at Lighthouse, she’s a fun, hard-working, reliable, and beloved member of the team.

Coming from the beauty industry, Adela took to the wonky world of escrow like a duck to water. Calm, focused, and eager to learn, Adela’s quickly become the indispensable wingman to Maria Magdalena. As a single mother, Adela knows how to work hard with a smile on her face. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her two wonderful kids.

A classically educated baseball nerd with a Masters in Middle Eastern history and experience as a long haul trucker, Drew doesn’t fit the persona of someone most would commonly associate with the escrow industry. So what’s the through-line? Story. Drew’s a comprehensive thinker and adventurer who grasps even the most complex stories at a high level. Every escrow is a story complete subplots and side quests. There’s nobody better than Drew to help serve our clients as a guide through their escrow’s story.

Escrow Assistant | Reception

Julie decided to make the jump from retail to real estate in 2021, joining Lighthouse’s team as a receptionist. She quickly became a go-to resource for Lighthouse’s escrow officers and was promoted to escrow assistant. When she’s not managing the logistics of inbound and outbound escrow calls, packages, and mail or balancing the company’s banking needs, Julie enjoys spending time with her children, boyfriend, and an assortment of pets.

Director of Operations

Erica is detail-oriented and a problem-solver. She ensures potential challenges are resolved before they become an issue and prides herself on seamless closes. When she’s not acting as a wingman to her clients, she’s the hero mom to her three very active boys. Swim class before 7am? Erica’s all over it!

Business Development

John is part-lightning bolt, part-nuclear reaction, and 100% friend. He puts his high energy and enthusiasm to work in the service of his clients. A fun fact about John is he really loves sports. He hosted an Angel’s Baseball radio show and podcast which was picked up by SB Nation before being acquired by another network. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Don’t let Rick’s cool and unassuming demeanor fool you: he notices every detail and hustles hard behind the scenes. A friendly and fun person with a taste for the finer things, Rick’s made a career serving high net worth individuals as a wealth advisor and also an executive at a fintech company before jumping into the world of luxury property escrow. When he’s not serving his clients, Rick enjoys traveling with friends and family.

A staple in the world of So Cal real estate, Adam has made a career of helping real estate agents excel in their marketing efforts through his company AG Designs. Now, he’s focused on bringing an excellent escrow experience to agents, sellers, and buyers. In addition to his work in real estate, Adam’s a soccer coach, husband, and loving father to his kids.

Brad was born to do real estate. He cut his teeth as a real estate agent in the highly competitive world of Orange County luxury real estate. After finding success selling homes, he was drawn to escrow where he could apply his knowledge to delivering a seamless closing experience to his industry colleagues. In his free time, Brad loves seeing the world either from the greens of Orange County’s beautiful golf courses or from the road as he travels out of state.

Business Development Representative

Steve brings over 18 years of customer service experience from the wireless technology industry and boasts a 5-year tenure as a real estate expert.  His extensive background in customer care has allowed him to serve clients throughout Southern California, covering areas ranging from the Coachella Valley to Hollywood, establishing a strong presence in various communities.  As a Long Beach native, Steve enjoys golfing and fishing and appreciates his family and friends.  With his wealth of experience, he is now eager to introduce our boutique escrow services to both clients and real estate agents.
